The Role

You will sit within the 3rd line support team, maintaining the organisation's software and non-production hardware estate. Your team are responsible for managing and supporting application delivery solutions, Microsoft AppV, SCCM, and Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop, including design. The successful candidate will be working with both the technical leads from within the team and stakeholders from around the business.

Job Specification

* Set up of Technical Environments.
* Manage and support complex and critical 3rd line escalation for advanced support
* Provide support for IT services inside and outside of normal business hours as and when required (evenings and weekends).
* Investigate and resolve incident, problem and change management in line with service management processes
* Stakeholder management

Technical Skills

* Identity Access Management tools (RSA/IG&L/Aveksa)
* Database Skills (SQL/Oracle/DB2)
* SUSE Linux
* PowerShell
* Active Directory
* Office 365
