Founded in 2011, it has grown rapidly and in turn Ignata Shared Service Centre has become an industry leading Shared Service Centre where everyone is motivated to achieve and exceed. Supporting over 200 employees across 10 different businesses from the central offices in Nottingham, the Shared Service Centre provides comprehensive support to the front office businesses, including administration, finance, HR, marketing and IT.

We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd/3rd line support), responsibilities will include:

  • Managing support calls and acting as a first point of contact
  • Identification and solution of support queries
  • Providing technical support
  • Keeping the customer informed
  • Troubleshooting technical problems (preferably server/software related)
  • To manage and work on IT projects in order to improve IT service offering
  • To help maintain and update SLA reports
  • To monitor quarantined emails for breaches of IT policies and escalate appropriately

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following:

  • Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Windows Desktop Support 7 -10
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Hyper-V
  • Server setup
  • Networking – Firewalls / Switches

As this role will involve occasional travel to some of our offices, the successful candidate will be a car owner and hold a full driving licence.
