1st/2nd line IT Helpdesk /Support Technician working within a busy environment supporting up to 300 staff with day-to-day IT support.
- Apple Mac OSX /windows desktop support
- Account creation Windows Server 2008
- Troubleshooting DHCP,DNS
- Troubleshooting WIFI
- Monitoring network usage
- Updating the asset database
- Troubleshoot printer issues
- Updating Telephone systems VOIP
- Troubleshooting Audio visual in conference rooms
- Updating the Helpdesk ticket system
- Experience in working with Apple Mac OSX knowledge/Windows Server 2008 /image and deployment/understanding of networks/Email/VPN/FTP
- Strong communication and customer facing skills
- Ability to manage administration and documentation required in the role
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Team player
- Willingness to travel (desirable)
- Driving licence (desirable)
- Credited Apple IT certification (desirable)
