We are working with a leading claims management company, who are looking to recruit an experienced Claims Handler to join their growing team. Duties to be performed include:

  • Taking first notification of motor insurance claims
  • Managing email inboxes and answering queries
  • Speaking to Insurance companies, solicitors and clients where necessary
  • Taking inbound calls from clients, insurers and other departments
  • Dealing with various third parties
  • General administration
  • Handling general queries

Previous motor claims experience is a significant advantage for this position, although candidates with some insurance experience will also be considered, as will individuals with a strong sales and administration background.
