Service Desk Analyst
Service Desk Analyst based in Farnborough. A multinational defence technology business is seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join the team focused on supporting hardware, software and mobile communications.
The Service Desk Analyst will be:
· Providing 1st/2nd Line Support via phone, email and drop in visits
· Logging, updating and managing all calls via the tracking system
· Take ownership of issues and escalating to necessary teams
The Service Desk Analyst will have:
· Previous experience working in a busy service desk environment
· Understanding of Active Directory and Networking
· Knowledge of Windows XP/Win7/iOS Operating Systems
A fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join a major defence prime at their Farnborough HQ. Must be eligible for SC Clearance. Shift patterns - 4 days on/4 off including nights.
