Service Desk Analyst (ITIL, Active Directory & Exchange)
Based out of Peterlee my client is a well established business with excellent market share.
You'll be joining an internal support team responsible for users based over 3 main sites in the UK. The work will be standard 1st/2nd line support, taking calls from the business and working to resolve issues. You'll be working mainly with Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and Exchange. The company also uses the ITIL framework
Previous experience of ITIL is essential and candidates should have worked in a service desk/helpdesk environment. Technical knowledge including Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and Exchange would be beneficial.
Salary is up to £20,000 and there is an on call rota from which you could earn an additional £2000-2500.
