Territory and Marketing Sales Manager (ENT and Neuro)
CWRS invites applications for Senior TSM roles with an innovative, growing company who specialise in niche products within the ENT and Neurological sector.
This is for their London territory.
Responsibility for sales of ENT, neurological and speech therapy devices to surgeons, sleep specialist, language and speech clinicians and key hospital staff across their various specialities.
The company looks upon their employees as business managers who get involved in all the high level strategy of the business including product development and marketing as well as sales.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Reach and exceed annual sales targets.
Contribute high quality information from all accounts and set up new accounts.
Build strong relationships with key users and influencers throughout the territory.
Develop a high level of understanding of our products and applications.
Be able to operate and train on all products and capital equipment clinicians and nurses.
Achieve reporting deadlines.
Successful introduction of new products.
Gain business from competitor accounts.
Driven to exceed targets – to be the best and be proud of it.
A dynamic person able to work alone within a specialist field.
Strong IT skills.
Able to utilise excellent interpersonal skills to give and elicit information.
Liaise and work with personnel at all levels, both internally and externally.
Flexible and able to develop current and new skills.
Have a broad understanding of the hospital NHS and Private sector environments.
Ideally, experience achieved through previous commercial and/or clinical roles.
