In these senior partnership roles you will have accountability for a portfolio of products and responsibility for interactions with key NHS customers including (but not limited to) NHS/CCG commissioners, public health leads, medicines management managers, CCG managers/leads, clinical leads and all other stakeholders.

You will have accountability to develop your business and will engage with senior level stakeholders within both the Primary and Secondary Care sectors; including CSUs, CCGs, LATs, Clinical Senates, Acute and Foundation Trusts. Your remit is to develop and deliver profitable, competitive commercial solutions whilst developing meaningful business propositions for Medicines Management and Procurement.

Main Role Responsibilities:

- You will identify solutions for customers, deliver value propositions and facilitate change that benefits both patients and the business
- Engaging with key NHS customers including CCGs and KOL's to become 'partner of choice' - this will include projects, joint working initiatives and utilising value propositions /health economic data to support these processes
- Working within the wider team to support regions commercial goals and work with Medical Sales Representatives / Territory Sales Managers to ensure successful pull through
- Establishing, maintaining and developing strong relationships with Commissioners, Medicines Manager customers and KOLs
- Achieving SvT, increase in market share and KPI's

Essential Role Requirements:

- Experience of working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry as an accomplished medical sales professional
- Experience in a HPM/HDM role, however candidates in Key Account Management role with in-depth payor exposure may also be considered
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- Working knowledge of the tendering, contracts and procurement process (If from a healthcare background)
- Ability to handle complex and multi-variable negotiations and influence a cross functional team
- Excellent networking, communication & influencing skills, with a track record of sales success
- Be innovative in your approach to develop solutions for NHS customers
- Have advanced selling, presentation and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to influence and motivate internal & external customers at all levels
- Have excellent analytical, business and planning skills
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
