JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee/Graduate Key Account Manager to join our Urology team, and to cover the North East England territory. These provide a comprehensive set of solutions to meet the challenges of an evolving healthcare environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

As a Trainee/Graduate Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the promotional activity on your territory. This includes the full sales process and any local marketing and customer engagement activity.

Your key customers will be community and acute based clinicians including but not limited to Urology Nurses, Urology Ward Managers, Urologists, Procurement, Theatre departments and Staff Nurses

You will be in a challenging and stimulating role, often working within the clinical environment, liaising with of clinicians to advise on the Teleflex range of products and collecting feedback on the product portfolio.

Other activities will include managing cost/savings analysis, negotiating with procurement, educational support, and attending marketing and internal training events both in the UK and occasionally overseas.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

This role would suit a Graduate with sales experience who would like to break into the medical device industry, or someone who has worked in the Urology environment within the NHS and is looking to change roles into medical sales.

Whilst full training is given on the products, this role would suit an individual who thrives from autonomy, is self-starting, eager to learn new skills and happy to work outside of their comfort zone.
