A very rare and exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join the Hatch team and stretch their entrepreneurial wings. We’re looking for an AD with that little sprinkle of magic, who can help lead and shape our London office. With our head office in Leeds, as part of the role you’ll be a key member of a close-knit agency team, working across a range of clients in the FMCG, alcohol, lifestyle and sports sectors, ultimately responsible for ensuring the smooth running of accounts. Pretty standard we hear you say? Well there’s more. We are searching for an individual who can truly help us expand our London team. You will play a key role in developing our London offering and the allocation of agency resources to ensure effective and timely responses for our clients, both new and existing. You possess the strategic gravitas to provide considered recommendations based on your experience. You won’t 'go with the flow' and will challenge and assert where appropriate to ensure the right outcome. You’ll be able to identify and develop new business opportunities as they arise, and be self starting enough to chase them down. Most importantly you will be able to work remotely from the main Hatch office, with a keen eye on developing our London offering and assisting in ‘staffing up’ this location. This is a truly rare opportunity indeed. But be warned, we don’t simply want someone who is happy to coast from 9-5:30. This is a long-term project with the individual integral to the success of the agency as a whole.
