Are you an established medical sales representative looking to advance your career into complex surgical operating theatre sales?

Our client is looking for a dedicated, stable, ambitious sales professional who would like to progress to the niche world of specialised surgery ( Previous experience in general surgery or a complex medical device is needed) Full clinical training will be given.

Our client is a world leader in medical devices and offers innovative solutions in cardiac, general and interventional surgery.

As the ideal candidate you will have a proven track record in sales into the NHS and be confident in your ability to sell high tech complex products into a clinical operating theatre market place. You might have sold vascular, orthopaedic, laparoscopic or endoscopy devices or even consumables into theatres. Someone looking for a step up from selling theatre disposables would be ideal.

Our client is a market leader in its field and has an enviable market share. The role is 50% account management and 50% new business, dealing with the major hospital centres as well as the development of new business into the private market. You will be interfacing, in theatres, with top surgeons and their teams as well as other consultants in other specialities.

Due to growth and development and a recent acquisition of other smaller niche companies to add to the portfolio, we are headhunting for a Territory Manager to cover the East and West Midlands Area. As the ideal candidate you will have a proven track record in healthcare sales and be comfortable in an operating theatre environment

Full training will be given for the chosen candidate. Salary- Flexible for the right candidate: Dependent upon experience + lucrative bonus scheme and a company car.
