Midland Heart is looking for a Head of Commercial & Investment to play a significant part in the senior leadership of our Asset Management Department. This dynamic role will be responsible for the preparation of Asset Management Revenue, Capital repairs, maintenance and planned budgets in excess of £40M a year. Title: Head of Commercial & Investment Ref: SYS-3300 Location: Bath Row, Birmingham Salary: £60,000 per annum Hours: 35 Hours per Week Contract Type: Permanent Midland Heart Terms & Conditions It goes without saying that you must possess a high level of financial and commercial acumen, and have the capability to support the continued development of our Asset Management Strategy and Stock Investment programme. Our ideal candidate will be degree educated or have an equivalent relevant qualification, with full or associate member of either RICS or CIOB. Ideally from a Quantity Surveying, Accounting or Construction Management background. The ability to lead your team to success is essential; you’ll be a strong leader capable of motivating and inspiring your team. Who are we?
