Unseen is a charity, working towards a world without slavery. We have projects based across the South West and Bedfordshire.

We are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to oversee all our direct survivor services managers across the South West. This role will be responsible for working directly with managers of support services (adults and children) to ensure we are delivering the best service we can to survivors of slavery. A large part of this role will be ensuring that we continuously learn, develop and improve our service delivery.

The role will be responsible for managing four projects that are based across Bristol, Gloucestershire and North Somerset. Full and on-going training and supervision is provided. Generous holiday allowance and opt-out pension scheme. This is a full-time post (37.5 hours a week).

We plan to interview on 22nd and 23rd February 2018.

You will need to be available to start from late March 2018 (subject to satisfactory references, DBS check and completion of induction).
