The aim is to help develop and cement ALS’s reputation as a leading centre of excellence in Autism.

Additionally, the post-holder will be responsible for developing a Traded Model of outreach service aimed at other providers, including but not limited to mainstream schools.

Internally, the post holder will be a part of SLT and work flexibly to secure greater innovation and through direct working with the professionals within the school, develop and strengthen the organisation.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate high aspirations, courage, drive, passion for equality of opportunity, total commitment to workforce development and partnership working.
