We are recruiting for an Associate Director to lead the team in the overall execution and delivery of key brand and comms tracking projects, for two of our most prestigious clients: a leading global Healthcare company and UK retailer.
You’ll be working with, and leading a client account team, to ensure the client needs are met through successful delivery of high quality fieldwork, accurate and timely data, powerful insights and recommendations, and on-going project developments.
Working closely with clients to ensure you fully understand their business, motivations and the impact of your work. Through building great relationships with clients you’ll use your knowledge to contribute towards winning new business and training existing clients.
Along with a Director, you will lead project teams here in the UK. Part of your responsibility will include managing & motivating the project team to ensure efficient and profitable research execution alongside Line Management to help develop the junior members of the team. As this is a global account, you’ll work closely with our colleagues in Ipsos offices across the globe, including international fieldwork and client service teams.
You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in ad hoc projects, such as smaller tracking studies, or participation in wider initiatives across the business including Thought Leadership pieces or new product development -we encourage all our researchers to push and stretch themselves, to be the best they can be.
All of the work we do is about having an impact on our clients – helping them choose how better to spend their money and invest in their brands, media and advertising; so we are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about brands, comms and media and understands that this role is about providing amazing insight to our clients and inspiring those around you.
As a primary point of contact for the management of these accounts, you’ll need proven experience of meeting client’s needs, and solid research skills including survey design, questionnaire creation, project management data analysis and reporting and you’ll need to be confident in presenting insights to the clients.
You’ll need to be collaborative and an excellent team player displaying drive, energy and initiative to get things done.
This is a quantitative research position so we are looking for someone with proven experience in quantitative based market research, but there will be opportunity for involvement in qualitative work.
