Support Team Assistant Manager
About the role
We are currently looking for a Support Team Assistant Manager to join our team in Crayford, London. This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week (full time).
This is a key role in supporting and driving the shop trading division of Sense, which has in excess of 100 shops nationally. The successful candidate will work closely with the Support Team Manager and the Head of Retail in supporting the area management team, shop teams and all trading support departments.
The main responsibilities of the role include leading and developing the administration team, working with the bought in stock assistant to procure stock streams and providing administrative support to our shops.
Proven experience of administration management is an essential requirement for this role, as you will be expected to manage and motivate a team. Excellent computer skills are an essential requirement for this role, including experience with the full Microsoft Office suite, database software and EPOS based systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, time and resource management, and the ability to work to a deadline.
