IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
ONLINE BUSINESS TRAVEL
HOME-WORKING

In this position, you will manage the full implementation of online booking travel technology, products and technical solutions within tight time frames, whilst delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client satisfaction. You will deliver product presentations and demonstrations at potential/existing clients, working in coordination with the Sales Director, Business and Operations Managers.

You'll meet with clients, either on site or through web sessions, to discuss and determine their requirements, to configure the self-booking tool and related products, define their company travel policy deployment, travel site configuration settings, as well as provide staff training and product-update sessions.

We're looking for you to have a good understanding of the architecture behind online systems, excellent presentation skills, personable personality and attention to detail.
