Campaign Manager - ROI TV and Broadband team (Osterley Based)

The ROI Head Office is based in Dublin, where the Brand, Customer, Legal, PR and Operations teams are located along with the Senior Management Team. The ROI Acquisition team is located at Sky's HQ in Osterley, London. The ROI TV & Broadband Marketing team develops and delivers campaigns across direct, online and retail in line with business targets, driving growth and revenue into the Sky base.

The Role
The Campaign Manager will support the Controller with the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of all campaign activity across direct, online and retail routes to market.
Working collaboratively with various teams throughout the business (Brand, Customer, Content and Legal) to plan and deliver campaigns that drive on target sales throughout the fiscal calendar. As the Campaign Lead for creative agencies, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for the complete Go to Market process from briefs, concept development and execution across all channels (Press, TV, Radio, Direct Mail, Digital, Social and POS) through to campaign evaluations. Throughout the Campaign Manager will work collaboratively with Planning and other RTM's to plan and align campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
-ATL Campaign Lead for Trading Campaigns
-Timing plans, Go to Market plan, deadlines, budgets, and creative agencies
-Manage expectations & drive deliverables for each campaign
-Ensure that all key stakeholders have contributed to the development of a campaign, and agree to timings/deadlines
-Present creative to senior stakeholders and incorporate their feedback e.g. Directors, Brand, Customer and Legal
-Champion content selection for all campaigns - working closely with the Content Marketing team and ensuring the very best imagery is available for use, supplied in correct format and delivered on time
-Build good relationships with internal and external creative agency(ies), and routes to market
-Ensure on-going creative consistency across all RTMs ensuring it aligns with current business and campaign objectives
-Work collaboratively with the Planning team to ensure creative and message hierarchy reflects campaign objectives
-Work with Insight team to refine prospect segments, and ensure that they are incorporated into creative strategy
-Manage campaign budgets, with accurate reporting and status of spend
-Work with agencies to ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget
-Ensure that campaigns are fully evaluated and learnings/insight are shared with other business areas and agencies, with objective of continually optimising campaigns, plans and strategies

Your Skills

-3-5 years of marketing experience across multiple disciplines
-High standard of education - degree
-An energetic self-starter with a can-do attitude
-Capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple campaigns and projects across multiple channels
-Building effective relationships with the main external agencies and internal stakeholders
-Strong numeric capability, comfortable reporting on working towards sales targets
-Managing fixed costs in line with budget and subsequent reforecasts, maximising on cost efficiencies
-Capable of supporting others and leading teams on TTL campaigns
-Can grasp the "big picture" to optimise delivery of their part of the overall plan and give context to ensure that plans and objectives are aligned
-A resilient creative and strategic thinker who is flexible and determined
-Effective ownership and responsibility for all aspects of a project or campaign
-Strong communicator with good verbal and written skills
-Previous experience of campaign and agency essential
-A strong eye for detail, impeccable organisation skills and creative literacy are crucial
