Our Client are an established IFA practice in the heart of Norwich. They are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team!

With an excellent reputation, this firm works with both high net worth individuals and small and medium enterprises. The successful candidate will work in a supportive team of Paraplanners and Compliance staff, providing support to 7 Advisers.

This position entails working very closely with specified advisers, processing new business applications, providing client valuations and review letters. Rebalancing of client portfolios after review. Liaising with clients and product providers on existing business.

Procedures for both new business and client reviews are well established thus enabling all members of the team to operate in the same manner.

Previous experience in admin processes within IFA practice
Technical knowledge of products and procedures
Administration of pensions including drawdown and FAD, investments including WRAPs, life insurance and mortgages
Articulate, good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work within established team structure
Ability to prioritise workload and perform to a high standard in pressurized environment
Attention to detail
