Credit Controller / Ormskirk / Permanent / £19,000 - £21,000/ Immediate start available!
NC Associates are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join our client who are a growing organisation based in Ormskirk. This business has recently acquired other group companies to add to their growing portfolio and as a result they are looking to recruit into this brand-new role due to growth. You will be joining this friendly, fast paced, team environment where you will ideally be able to hit the ground running!
- Working as part of this experienced team you will be managing your own credit control ledger
- You will be liaising with suppliers and chasing outstanding invoice payments over the telephone and email
- This Finance team manage invoices across all core businesses for the group therefore you will be handling complex invoices
- You will be setting up new suppliers on the system
- Liaising with suppliers (UK & Internationally)
- Coding, batching and matching invoices
- Processing invoices including monthly reconciliations of supplier statements
- Excellent attention to detail as you will be handling multi-currency invoices
- Petty cash
- Other ad hoc duties
Essential Experience Required
- Previous credit control experience is required
- Exposure handling multi-currency invoices is desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
- Immediately available or short notice periods are desirable
