Service Analyst, Banking,LondonOffice, £40 - 50k

A tier 1 bank is currently looking for a Service Analyst to join their London Office in a permanent position looking to pay an annual wage of £40,000 - £50,000.

You will meet all of the following essential skills/experience:

  • Global data analysis to understand business performance
  • Ability to carry out root cause analysis to identify themes and trends
  • Make recommendations/action plans to the Service Team to drive the business improvement
  • Clear articulation of analysis through the use of Powerpoint and excel
  • Coordination of the global capacity reporting for client services
  • Involvement in the NPDD process and the global coordination
  • Input in to regional/global change initiatives where necessary including documentation and workstream
  • Work closely with functional areas to get a deep understanding of their business areas

Essential experience would include:

  • Strong experience within business improvement and data analysis
  • Strong business improvement / client service background
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Excellent analysis, design and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience within a client service / business improvement role
  • Experience of working within a large global organisation
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities at any given time
  • Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain global relationships
  • High degree of Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
