The Role (Trainee Recruitment Consultant)

For all the thing you can get you won't be surprised it's going to take some demanding work. You will be expected to work hard the same as in any sales role. In my client's company you would be expected to source clients through several different platforms. Keeping in touch with account managers and clients maintaining the relationship. Using the companies networking database to source not just candidates but your own CLIENTS! You will oversee the entire process from finding the vacancy to advertising, interviewing, feeding back information and even more.
