Payroll & HR Assistant
Your new company
A leading business within their field is looking for a confident Payroll Assistant to help within their accounts department. They have a variety of offices throughout the southwest region and are continuously growing.
Your new role
You will be helping the team with the monthly payroll assignments including collecting and checking attendance as well as assisting with staff pensions and enrolment. Additional duties include; preparation of staff induction and contractual paperwork, reference requests, organise staff training and producing monthly statistical, management information and costings as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and show good interpersonal skills, be able to work within a busy environment. Must have a level of competence in Sage Software and have confidence in all Microsoft Packages. A valid driving license and use of a vehicle would be necessary due to the location of the office.
What you'll get in return
In return the successful candidate will receive the ability to work and learn alongside a small but busy team, to work in a varied role within the accounts department. For the successful candidate, study support maybe an option, 29 days holiday including bank holidays, hours 9.00 - 5:30 Monday to Friday and a salary ranging from £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.
