An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join a Client Services team within a global organisation that provides support for their market-leading trading solution to investment banking clients. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to build a career within a bluechip organisation that invests heavily in its employees.

The Role

This is a client facing role which will involve building strong relationships with several banking clients based throughout London and the wider EMEA region. You will provide first and second line technical and functional support for their Foreign Exchange Trading Application; troubleshooting problems across a range of technical skills including Unix, SQL, XML, FIX and Java. Your role will involve researching problems thoroughly, testing solutions and making recommendations to customers, as well as advising on the implementation of investment banks business processes.

The Individual

You will be an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex technical problems and possess a positive, helpful approach to serving customers and assisting colleagues. You should have a grasp of IT security issues and good all-round technical skills. An interest in the financial market will be highly beneficial, as will any relevant degree in Finance or Computing.

The role will pay up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits.
