Comprised of three key teams, instinct laboratory has a human research department, a behavioral sciences team and a creative studio. To help support the expansion and diversification of the heart of our business we are seeking a middleweight designer. This is a dynamic and varied role that will require a broad set of creative skills working for global brands in a variety of markets and countries.
Working for global brands in a wide variety of markets and countries, we’re seeking someone with a broad set of creative skills to work on everything from retail promotions, individual furniture elements through to architectural form and interior design. In particular, this role focuses on interior design; from architectural form, full interiors through to individual elements of furniture and retail promotion. This role will involve European travel and really provides the most exciting and dynamic job within the industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress in a varied and dynamic business. This role specifically requires:
a minimum of three years work experience in a similar role
outstanding 3D StudioMAX skills including plug-in skills
full working knowledge of Adobe packages (Photoshop, Illustrator)
fluid use of Microsoft Office programmes
ability to work turn ideas and concepts into sketches
a dynamic, fun, friendly team player who enjoys solving creative problems together
an inspired designer who enjoys and explores all aspects of creativity, art and design
an ability to bring together visual inspiration and materials to generate a creative story
prepared to travel in Europe on a regular basis
great communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients when needed
