This is an exciting opportunity for the successful individual to take ownership of my clients broad ranging business system suppliers. We are looking for a commercially focused Applications Supplier Manager /Vendor Manager to work within a dynamic organisation, engaging and owning the key third party suppliers in the delivery of crucial services.

The focus of the role will be managing IT application suppliers focusing on service management and service delivery. You will work hand in hand with the suppliers to ensure all incidents or problems are resolved within contractual SLA's. You will be working with multiple suppliers, improving their ability to work to tight SLA's and ensuring they are in line with contractual agreements. You will also build relationships with internal stakeholders, project teams and technical teams to understand the business issues. You will also be involved in application projects - upgrades/testing and any associated project coordination impacting the business. There's a real opportunity to take ownership and build successful relationships.
