We are seeking a Systems Analyst with excellent experience of working on large and complex projects and applications within the insurance, claims processing or pensions sectors. You'll need solid experience of the project life cycle and be able to define and map a business process into a workflow. Experience of converting business requirements into high level technical solutions and specifications is essential, as is possessing strong skills in Process Mapping, Business Process Reengineering, & Business Process Analysis and the ability to use an electronic tool such MS Visio to capture an as-is business process. You'll also need the following attributes: skilled at producing application and business requirements, strong technical analytical skills, ability to effectively analyse business processes and workflows, experience facilitating workshops and focus groups, and strong business/client engagement skills. Experience that would be useful is as follows: Relational Database knowledge, basic SQL Skills, GUI Design and Development, any UNIX or Oracle ideal. This is a role for a strong Technical Systems Analyst. You'll be part of the Development Team, and the role will involve enhancing and maintaining workflows used for the pension administration business, liaising with the Business Analysis team, end users and third party service providers.
