Technical Product Lead - SaaS, Digital, SQL, Agile, Software - Travel - up to 75k

One of the fastest growing businesses in Europe are looking for a hands on client facing product/customer support leader with strong SQL skills and demonstrable experience of driving product adoption and increasing client retention. You will shape the direction of the product and drive customisations by constantly visiting clients, understanding their needs and championing those back to the development and digital teams.

Travel to various client across the UK will be required.

Required skills and experience;
  • Interfacing with customers driving client success
  • Previous technical relationship / account management / pre-sales / renewals / on site project delivery experience
  • Previous experience in a technical client facing role supporting software services
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
