An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is currently looking for an eCommerce Operations Executive based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of12 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £31,200 to £35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Maille International is an exciting new business opportunity. Taking into account the brand's iconic history and it's potential to become a premium, everyday luxury Food brand, a key growth driver will come through non-standard channels for our company - standalone boutiques and digital ecommerce (an online version of the boutique, allowing global access to the brand).

Given the unique business opportunity, the digital and ecommerce team has launched eCommerce websites in France, UK & US, and is now responsible for the ongoing trading of the websites - creating and delivering a traffic-driving marketing plan, delivering digital marketing content to support the offline business and developing the websites to the best in class.

This role is to lead our operational set-up, ensuring our partners/capabilities deliver in line with demand and manage effective merchandising and fulfilment across our digital DTC channels including Maille.com and grocery.com (eg. Amazon, Ocado). The role includes fulfilment partner contract management, demand forecasting, cost control and Digital DTC operational set up working with the head of digital and ecommerce.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ DELIVERABLES
*Oversee and manage fulfilment partner contracts and performance against Service Level Agreement
*Manage operation financial costs, ensuring cost efficiencies and quality targets are delivered, tracking and identifying overcharges and customer payments
*Manage operational RFP's, set up and transition of fulfilment partners to deliver both .com and shopping channel delivery business requirements, working with procurement
*Responsible for product upload/placement and support our trading lead on merchandising optimisation in line with stock across .com and DTC shopping channel merchandising across markets. Critical to drive awareness, up and cross sell objectives.
*Allocate, manage and coordinate stock forecast and delivery for all markets, including creating items and BOMs on database
*Responsible for inventory Management including Best sellers & optimising low sellers, identifying trigger products and bundle/gifting opportunities
*Responsible for delivering operational and trading reports from Shopify, including weekly stock allocation report, monthly stock report for finance reconciliation and monthly customer order RFM (recency, frequency and monetary value)
*Manage the Customer Careline scope and teams for all markets, including: dealing with consumer queries, training Careline members, organising samples ordering and delivery of quarterly customer service report
*Responsible for delivery and reporting of customer and staff product reviews and tips, in line with content strategy
*Support in translations and proof reading for team
*Payment and invoice management for eCommerce team

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Required
*Payment, invoice and budget management experience
*Stock control/merchandising experience
*Ecommerce or marketing operational experience
*Excellent project management skills
*Great communicating and influencing skills
*Proven negotiation experience
*Data driven mind-set, motivated by accuracy of information
*Experience working in an international environment (especially with French business)
*Multi-tasker and able to prioritise workload
* Preferred
*Experience with Ariba buying software
*Management of medium, complicated projects
*The ability to speak fluent French is preferred but not essential
