Artworks Manager Pharmaceuticals
My client, a global generic pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced candidate to join the regulatory affairs department as artworks manager
This is an integral position within the company and as artworks manager you will have full artworks and departmental responsibility for Global products and brands. This role will require strong people management skills and a proven track record in setting up artworks flows and systems at a Global level.

The Artworks Manager Role involves:

  • Working within an environment that has an international outlook whilst also managing the complete Artworks process and supply and achieving long term account goals in line with the company's vision and values.
  • Overall management of a team of experienced Artwork Coordinators & Graphic Designers
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Financial control of department
  • Management and monitoring the progress of change controls processed within the department.
  • Project managing all stakeholders in relation to critical paths and ensuring timely delivery of artworks projects.
  • Ensure all activities are within the framework of the Quality system, including the setting and achievement of relevant KPIs.

Qualities the Artworks Manager will ideally possess:

  • Positive and pro-active approach to business tasks

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Science degree and/or a minimum of 5 years Artwork experience preferably with 3+ yrs. Management/ Supervisory experience.
  • Solid Working knowledge in artworks (creations, adaptations and coordination).
  • Solid understanding of regulatory/ quality requirements for Artwork Management
  • Experience of working in accordance with quality standards e.g. GMP
  • Ability to prioritise decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and address critical issues impacting the business
  • Ability to influence and partner with cross-site teams in a global pharmaceutical organisation

The successful candidate must be prepared to travel abroad and/or work for extended periods, if required.
