1st / 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support Engineer
1st / 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support Engineer required for an established and growing company based in Basildon Essex.
You will provide telephone, remote and email support to a growing number of SMEs.

You will need:
Exceptional communication skills
Experience of working within an IT Managed Services Provider
