Oracle CRM Implementation Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CRM manager for a leading financial services company based in London. This company specialise in providing payment solutions for a number of financial institutions and high street organisations and have one of the best reputations in the industry.

They are looking for a CRM manager to work closely with Oracle (Vendor) and their in-house IT team to implement their new CRM system which is responsible for helping their sales directors and Account managers to manage their customers/clients accounts.

This CRM manager will be responsible for the following:

*Taking ownership over the entire Oracle CRM system from both an IT and end user perspective.

*Be responsible for training new users on the CRM system (sales directors and account managers)

*Ensuring the data within the CRM system is integral and aligns to the overall enterprise strategic architecture.

*Taking leadership on all CRM issues and making sure the CRM system is in line with business strategy and ensuring that the date within the system is relevant and useful to front line staff/Directors.

* Taking ownership of internal CRM projects and initiatives and delivering them within budget and on time to improve the overall CRM user experience.

. *Ensuring project requirements are followed through from requirement stage through to implementation.

*Designing CRM and process components to meet corporate business needs and implementing this effectively.

To be considered you must have: Exceptional Oracle CRM Knowledge, financial/budget management experience and exceptional experience using an array of information gathering tools.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM Manager who has experience working with Oracle CRM technology to embark on a new and exciting CRM implementation where they will have a high degree of autonomy and will have the ability to take full ownership over the roll-out.
