Your new company
My client a leading technology company with operations worldwide are seeking to appoint a new Head of HR to develop and deliver an effective and efficient HR operation to the wider business. This will give the post holder the opportunity to affect the future shape of the HR operations.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the CEO you will have responsibility for the development and delivery of an efficient and effective HR function. Alongside this you will have control over the Health and Safety operations across the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
? Management and ongoing responsibility of the development and implementation of people centric HR strategy supporting the business through a change management programme and anticipated growth plans.
? Day to day responsibilities of the broad range of HR activities including; on-boarding, reward & benefits employee relations, performance management, absence management reporting, restructuring, and redundancies.
? Development and management of an approved SLA with key suppliers to the business.
? Direct support and guidance in the recruitment and selection of talent.
? Development of Learning and Development opportunities across the business.
? Management and development of the HR service offering and team.
? Key member of the Leadership Team, reporting to the Executive Committee on HR related matters.
? Responsible for Health and Safety across the wider business coordinating all risk assessment monitoring and recording.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be a chartered member of the CIPD and able to demonstrate a proven record of delivering effective and efficient generalist HR services. You will also be knowledgeable in the area of compensation and benefits and experienced in staff development and management.
What you'll get in return
The role offers a positive salary of £55000 and car allowance of £6000 and will suite an HR professional seeking the challenge this role presents and the opportunity to shape the HR operations for the future.
