Your new company
An established and expanding ladieswear fast fashion clothing business now have an exciting new job opportunity for an import merchandiser / account manager. You will enjoy working alongside a professional friendly team in a modern open plan office space.
Your new role
As the Import Merchandiser you will manage the product life cycle from initial order through to delivery. You will be responsible for speaking to the customers and managing your own accounts. Once the order is placed you will confirm delivery details with the off shore factories and then manage the critical path. You will solve any problems due to delivery delays which will be communicated back to your customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 4 years experience working as an import merchandiser with account management experience. You will have excellent organisation skills, and be a confident communicator who has experience managing your own customer accounts. You will also have excellent excel skills.
