Salary: NJC Scale 6 (£23,166-£24,717 pro rata)
Working Pattern: 8.00am - 4.00pm (Monday - Friday) term time only, part time considered.

Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) is a successful, forward thinking Academy, which maintains high expectations of both staff and students and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated person to join our pastoral team.
This role will have many different aspects to it but will primarily focus on working with our most vulnerable and disadvantaged. Managing child protection issues, liaison with other agencies, and supporting students to achieve their potential will be just some of the many varied aspects of this job that has the potential to positively impact the life chances of our young people.
We are an 11-18 state funded Academy and we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
