Our client is a not for profit membership organisation who provide a diverse range of activities (both physical and social) connecting people and promoting wellness for those working in the public sectorThey are currently recruiting for a Digital Assistant to join their Marketing DepartmentThe role is to support and assist the Marketing and Digital teams in the maintenance and development of the company's digital platforms, which include the website, micro-sites, e-communication and social media management.
Assist with the uploading, testing and maintenance of the website, attend to log-in queries and create e-marketing bulletins ensuring that activities are delivered in line with the agreed business plan, budget and timescales. To research, write, commission, edit and publish accurate and effective online content for websites, e-marketing bulletins and social media accounts, this will involve researching, writing and sourcing content ensuring that it has an appropriate and consistent tone of voice and follows house style guidelines; ensuring corporate identity and branding is safeguarded. To provide monthly analytics and insight on website statistics and e-marketing campaigns through the use of google analytics and similar software applications. To support the Marketing Team as and when required and assist with general marketing duties that promote the events and market our services.
