SAS Global Consultants have been retained by a leading globally renowned consultancy to source an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to deliver an exciting major mixed use development project in London.
Our client has a fantastic reputation of delivering major construction projects across the world from mixed use developments to high rise towers with a particular focus on retaining staff & offering long term career prospects within the business.
As the Commercial Contracts Manager you will be responsible for working client side, while coordinating with the contractors and consultants ensuring all the clients commercial interests are kept in order. You'll be responsible for project cost, contract and surveying in this supervision position to achieve completion on time & to the budget set by the client.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 15 years' experience delivering major building projects i.e. mixed use developments, shopping malls, hotels, commercial property worth over £100m+.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience of stakeholder or client management would be beneficial.
  • Must have worked as a Contracts or Commercial Manager previously.
  • Ambitious and driven individual who can excel when working closely with clients/developers.
  • Previous experience working consultancy, client side or with a well known main contractor.
  • MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK and currently hold a UK working visa or be a UK citizen.
