Mobile Maintenance M&E Engineer - Blue Chip Offices - Central London - Temp to Perm - Up to £16.00 per hour / Up to £32,000

Exciting opportuinity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Central London. The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance experience. He or she will be required to work as a Mobile M&E maintenance Engineer covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance to a number of commercial buildings located in London

This is a temporary to permanent role and after passing your temporary trial, you will have the opportunity to be offered or interviewed for the permanent position on site, which will pay up to £32,000.

The successful candidate will have knowldge of the below plant;

  • Power Distribution
  • Small installation
  • BMS systems
  • Air Conditioning (AHU/FCU's)
  • Plumbing
  • Water treatment
  • General fabric
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Fire Alarm tests


Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Overtime available


Requirements

  • Electrically or Mechanically biased / qualified (City & Guilds, 17th Edition)
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-Skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Full driving license
  • Able to start immediately or at short notice
