A FTSE 250 company with offices across the UK. They pride themselves on strong customer services and responsible lending. Due to a fast expansion in all departments they have a vacancy in their Serving and collections department for a Team Leader.
Your new role
You will utilise your previous experience within Mortgage services to become the go to person for any technical questions while managing the daily processes of the Service and collection team. This will include monitoring and managing the work flow to an efficient standard while keeping customer service at the heart everything you do.
What you'll need to succeed
Along with an attention to detail and a strong ability to stick to a time frame, you will need to develop, govern and monitor effective relationships with third party suppliers. Your ability to lead by example and provide on going training will help you to stand out and progress quickly.
