Project Manager - Retail POS

LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £30K - £35K (depending on experience)
OVERVIEW: A hybrid role of Project Management and Account Management responsible for 2 large FMCG clients. You will be responsible for managing the design and production of POS materials as well as building key relationships and looking for areas of growth within accounts.

Role & Responsibilities:

*Liaise with the client to receive the brief and gather all project information.
*Issue internal briefs to Studio, Production and Commercial departments with all correct information to obtain estimates, graphic visuals, or structural prototypes.
*Throughout all stages of the project communicate with all internal departments by telephone, in person and on email to ensure schedule is adhered to and gain client approvals at all stages.
*Proactively liaise with each client on a regular basis to build relationship and look for opportunities to grow the account.
*Complete all relevant administrative tasks such as quoting, invoicing and finance management.

What we are looking for:

*Proven project management experience from brief through to completion.
*Industry experience of 2D / 3D POS design, artwork & production.
*Experience of working with a retail / FMCG client would be highly beneficial.
*Any team management / leadership would be an advantage.
*Ability to network and cultivate client relationships for growth.
*Very organised and a strong attention to detail.
*Confident and energetic personality!
