Senior Quantity Surveyor roles on a flagship residential project in Manchester City Centre.

Your new role
You will join the commercial team at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level and work closely with the Managing QS. You will bring your experience of working on large scale and high value residential developments, which include multi storey tower blocks, full refurbishments of listed buildings, and mixed use retail and commercial units. You will act as a mentor to more junior members of the commercial team, and help the company deliver the project over the next 5yrs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 5yrs experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor and be educated to a degree level. You will be tenacious, ambitious and resilient, and have a proven track record of achievements with previous employers. You will have a strong contracting background, and have previous residential experience. Fit out and facade experience would be beneficial, as would previous experience working on Listed Buildings.
