An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AutoCAD Technician to join this team of structural and civil engineers based in South West London. The company work on a wide range of civil and structural projects ranging from refurbishment and new build design for retail, industrial, residential and hotel buildings through to highways design, drainage design and temporary works. The firm pride themselves on their use of state of the art 3D modelling software for design analysis in order to push the boundaries of efficiency and ensure that all their staff is conversant with the latest software by ensuring regular seminars.
Suitable candidates for this role should have significant experience working as a Structural (possibly some infrastructural) technician with knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroDrainage (advantageous).
Ideal candidates for this role should be able to demonstrate knowledge of:
- Building structures knowledge (residential preferred)
- MicroDrainage and drainage design software
- Highway layouts (horizontal and vertical layouts)
- AutoCAD - will have experience using on a structural capacity In a UK company

Staff are encouraged to take an active stance in regards to the decision making process as well as take responsibility and independence on projects.
You will be given first hand and top quality training to ensure you are up to date on the latest drawing packages and protocols.
You must have some live experience in AutoCAD structures working on UK projects after education.
