Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for our client based in Waltham Abbey. This role is an immediate start temporary to permanent accounts position for well established building contractors. This role is key in successfully facilitating the day to day running of the business, therefore the successful candidate should have experience in all aspects of accounts.
Duties will include:
- Weekly payroll runs for engineers and workers
- Dealing with subcontractors
- Maintaining and inputting sales and purchase invoice
- Completing month end reconciliations
- Ensuring that all sales invoice numbers are accounted for
- Computer literacy - Microsoft package
- Good communication skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Prompt time keeping essential
Full time hours. 20 days per year holiday for the first year raising to 25 plus Bank holidays thereafter.
