The RoleMain focus is to generate new business across the UK. Selling Audio Visual products into Corporate, Education, Retail & Unified ComHigh-Values - High Value targets. This a new business development role, therefore, a hunter by nature, a self motivated individual with experience within a I.T or AV based product in the above sectors will be best suited to this role.This position must engage in a variety of activities to support the business objectives in the primary areas of Key Client relationship management and ensuring the company secure targeted Major Projects. These will include but are not limited to decisive planning, managing relations and negotiations, leadership and coordination, and innovative development of opportunities.The CandidateYou will be tenacious, driven and strategic. Your approach will be key therefore credibility in understanding your product will be vital, knowledge and experience of selling Audio Visual products is key. You will need to possess a hungry persona, you will be expected to over exceed your targets as high-value contracts will be your primary target. Your territory will have a set budget of between £600k+ which you will be targeted to achieve. This is a senior level role for an experienced Business Development Manager, therefore you will have a successful proven track record, displaying your career achievements in numbers year upon year, the ability to close deals and manage the accounts effectively thereafter. It is imperitive that you have extensive experience within the Audio Visual industry either within the Retail or Corporate sectors or selling Service contracts.
