Chapman Tate Associates are seeking a Business Development Executive (Field Based) to join a market leading Telecommunication company basedin the Midlands, specialising in delivering their top to bottom telco solutions.

My client is a leading partner for communications in many vertical markets and are well renowned to many local and UK wide businesses.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, innovative and winning environment. The intention of this new role is to expand the customer base in terms of new business, meeting the growth strategy of the client and to build a new B2B sales team around you, eventually becoming the head of B2B sales. You will make contact with key decision makers to help promote and develop my clients' extensive portfolio of products and services.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

- Converting in-house generated leads and appointments
- Driving a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process.
- Up-selling and leveraging business from business from new and existing customers.
- Strengthening client relationships and recognising new additional revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records for review by internal management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Previous field sales experience within the Telecommunication industry (B2B) is required to be considered for this role.
- A consultative selling approach
- Consistently overachieving sales targets
- A strong and successful record of bring in and developing new business.
- Ability to up-sell and cross sell into existing accounts.
- Ability to manage and solve conflicts with accounts.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

The role offers the opportunity to work from home with occasional attendance at the office.

This role is offering a basic up to £30,000 DOE + Commission (OTE 50K - £65K)
