A Banking Financial Analyst (Cost & Resource Management) is required to join the Wealth Management division of a global investment bank to provide cost and resource management including specific analysis and strategic presentations.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Managing cost
- Assisting with the cost dashboard and council processes which will help the Management team to achieve financial targets and maintain a sharp cost discipline
- Controlling and maintaining the compensation and benefits forecast
- Managing resources
- Taking a lead role in the resource management review and approval processes for the whole Wealth Management EMEA organisation (which span several jurisdictions and countries), to ensure critical hires are deployed to support the development of the business while at the same time maintaining efficient use of financial resources and core business strategies
- Project managing various cost and resource management related activities
- Undertaking vendor risk management (VRM) tasks
- Leading the semi-annual Vendor Review activity
- Controlling and managing the Deutsche Bank contract repository for Wealth Management Switzerland
- Managing the business continuity management (BCM) process for Wealth Management Switzerland
- Providing desk extension to the teams based in Switzerland

You will be an experienced accountant / financial analyst, ideally with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Previous banking / financial services experience is essential. You will possess excellent analytical skills and be a articulate and confident communicator. You will also have good leadership skills, whilst any supervisory experience would be advantageous.
