Client Account Co-ordinator (J8566) - Central Bristol - Permanent - up to £21,000 per annum

Our client is seeking an experiences Account Coordinator to join their busy team. The role is responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing the processes required to deliver the account for the client ensuring compliance, the field know and understand and the internal requirements are also implemented, effectively and to time and budget.

The role:

- To plan and implement the processes required to deliver contracted and tactical calls to time and budget and client requirements
- To communicate effectively to the client and to the field team daily in terms of any task or process query and/or completion and/or issue with resolution
- To identify, analyse and resolve any issue impacting on the delivery of the project for the client and recommend/take any corrective action.
- Being the first point of contact for the client or field for the resolution of problems and dealing with them courteously, proactively and positively
- To review and analyse processes in place to deliver the client's requirements recommending changes to enhance performance, reduce costs, reduce error, maximise account etc.
- To prepare, review and confirm activities for the client
- To liaise and review with operations the activities implemented for the client seeking feedback to enhance the processes and minimise issues
- Review the project compliance on an on-going basis from all data available preparing a report for the Account Manager/client recommending any changes to enhance compliance, minimise issues, decrease cost, enhance profit etc.
- To prepare any reporting required on or for the client, account or team to time and accurately
- To prepare the billing to the client for the account including the authorisation of hours and additional work ensuring it is accurate, correct to the contract and completed at the correct time for the Account Manager to sign off.
- Contribute to the planning and review of, and implement initiatives effectively and to time and budget

What we are looking for:

- Proven excellent customer relationship/interaction/meeting their needs on a day to day basis
- Good with and interested in, people - responsive, courteous, friendly, positive, proactive, listens, communicates effectively with most people/levels
- Problem solver - owns them, resolves them logically and efficiently
- An organiser and planner - has good plans which they implement well and contingencies in place - attention to detail - will probably have a very neat desk!
- Must be a natural completer/finisher
- Able to work under pressure, to prioritise and use own initiative to ensure delivery is achieved
- Able to analyse, interpret and sort data
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A very competent user of IT especially Word and Excel - Excel skills must be above average
- Will have a proven background in a customer service environment and administration leading to a good understanding of and ability to deal with customers and a breadth of administration (and preferable some account management)
