Full time, permanent opportunity for an experienced receptionist.

Your new company

The business accommodates small and medium sized technology companies to whom the company provide office space, together with business services such as faxes, photocopying, franking mail, conference room hire, telephone answering service and greeting their customers.

Your new role

You will provide a high calibre, efficient and proactive reception and administrative support service to internal and external clients and staff. You will be required to provide an efficient and friendly front of house enquiry desk, and provide and all-embracing reception service.
The role will involve meeting and greeting clients and staff, taking and forwarding messages for tenants companies, meeting room bookings and servicing, providing business services to tenants/staff and you will also be required to provide assistance to the administrator

What you'll need to succeed

You will require relevant and previous experience in a customer service facing position with excellent communication skills. You will have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build a wide range of relationships, the ability to work on own initiative and good use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, word, and Excel.

Independent means of travel between sites is essential.
