An exceptional opportunity has recently become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a market leading, UK-based company providing umbrella services such as payroll solutions, LTD company administration, and Personal service accounts to a range of new Recruitment Agencies. With their national reach, they are well positioned to provide contractual solutions to new Recruiters and due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for an experienced BDM to join their expanding sales force.

Role
*As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for the generation of new accounts through the marketing of our clients all encompassing payroll solutions.
*Target new recruitment companies with the payroll, accountancy, and agency markets.
*Identify, qualify, and close revenue streams of various values.
*Focus on new business, up-selling, and cross-selling.
*You will be responsible for building success with clients by marketing and approaching recruitment agencies.

Candidate
To be the ideal candidate you will be a vibrant person who is driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be experienced in field sales and selling payroll solutions, LTD companies, and umbrella services. As an ambitious Business Development Manager, you will have experienced success in winning new business and accounts. You will be charismatic and have a clear background in umbrella services/payroll solutions industry.

Package
This role as a Business Development Manager is offering a basic salary of £30,000- £40,000 (negotiable upon experience) with an extremely realistic and lucrative OTE of £60,000 with an attractive uncapped commission structure.
