Customer Relations After Sales Executive
What you’ll do:
You will be one of the first people our new customers will speak to so it’s important you make that first impression count. The customers you talk to will be joining one of our brands, your job is to make sure that experience is a positive as possible. You will give them advice and reassurance on a huge range of issues and you’ll get to know the benefits and packages we offer so you can explain these clearly to our customers, and stop them from getting cold feet if they have any issues with their current providers.
What you’ll need:
We are looking for someone with a strong minded personality and the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. If you’ve worked in call centres before then you will hit the ground running. The job is also perfect for people seeking the stability of a customer service role without losing the fast paced nature of the sales environment.
